Investcorp, a leading alternative asset manager based in Bahrain, has announced its acquisition of the digital technology services division of India’s National Stock Exchange (NSE) for $120 million.

This acquisition excludes NSEIT’s digital examination sector, which focuses on online recruitment and promotion tests.
